    I honestly was surprised when I found out how people talk about Chloe on TikTok. I wanted to start working out again, because the last time I did one of her challenges I was so happy about seeing results that fast and feeling better overall. I had an ED three years before I started watching Chloe and not ONCE did I think about drifting off into my ED because of her videos and tips. Idk why one would be angry over someone trying to help you feel healthier. No one is making you follow EVERY advice.

    I actually DID develop an eating disorder but that wasn't your fault ...you're actually healthily built but the reason it became an issue is because these workouts are like training to be Sparta but I couldn't eat to keep up. I never blamed you.

    I will write my experience day 1 ✅ It was difficult and my stomach tightened, but there was no change day 2 ❌ I didn't exercise, but I walked 6,500 steps day 3✅ It was like the first day, the exercises were tiring, but my stomach did not hurt day 4✅ It was good and I got used to the exercises and it was not very tiring, but my body did not begin to change Note: I started today with intermittent fasting. I stop eating at 6: 00 pmThen at 7:00 am I start breakfast and at 1:00 pm I start lunch. You must commit to eating healthy in order to see results Another note: During the fasting period, drink only beverages such as water, tea, and juice, but do not drink carbonated beverages!
